Instructions:

  1. In form on left, add a gene identifier.

    2. Note: use Entrez gene identifiers for mouse/human genes, locus ids for yeast, and sequence names for worm.
    Example identifiers for Psmd4/Rpn10:

  2. Select the species of the submitted gene from pulldown menu.
  3. Press Search button to find phenotypes of the gene in the selected organism and phenotypes of orthologous genes in other organisms.
  4. For a new search, click "Search Again" tab at far left.
