In form on left, add a title for the submitted set.
Select the species of the genes to be submitted from pulldown menu.
Press clear to get rid of example genes.
Add a set of genes (e.g. genes that lead to the same phenotype when mutated).
Or, to search for phenotypes already known to be associated with gene sets, click here
Note: use Entrez gene identifiers for mouse/human genes, locus ids for yeast, and sequence names for worm.
Example identifiers for Psmd4/Rpn10:

Human

Mouse

Worm

Press Search button to find orthologous phenotypes in other organisms.
On results page, select a tab at top for desired species pair comparison.
Note: tabs are labeled by the initial letters of the genus and species. E.g. Human is listed as Hs, Mouse as Mm, Worm as Ce, Yeast as Sc, Arabidopsis as At.
Select a phenolog that overlaps with orthologs of the submitted genes to see overlapping and predicted genes.
Note: links in tables will be high-lighted in yellow when you hover over them.
For a new phenolog search, click "Search Again" tab at far left.

FDR calculations are based on databases searches with 1000 random sets of orthologs size matched to the submitted set. FDR is calculated separately for each species pair.
